Mr. Asselta had the unique fortune to begin his career at a law firm that exclusively handled highly complex and technical federal criminal matters. For the past 17 years, Mr. Asselta has built on that experience. He combined his skills as a trial attorney and his knowledge gained from being the education law attorney for a school district to establish Asselta Law.
For nearly 10 years Mr. Asselta was the education lawyer for a large public school district. Drawing from that unique experience, the firm specializes in education and school law. Asselta Law assists students of all ages with academic, disciplinary, financial and special education issues or disputes with public, private and charter schools, including K-12, college, graduate, vocational and technical schools.
