I found Dan Wyde to be extremely effective and responsive and his fee was more than competitive when I compared him to others. I liked the fact that he had judicial experience.
The government had to file a motion to force Mr Wyde's recusal as counsel for my son, for representing two apposing defendants named in the same indictment. This is highly unethical and delayed my son's case by 6 months. Wyde then refused to provide any accounting of his charges or release the balance of funds my son had In Trust with his firm. The $11,500 would have helped us hire a better attny than we had to without it.
Hello, I truly had high hopes for Mr. Dan L. Wyde, I am a normal American citizen, no criminal background, never had any legal issues needing the assistance of a lawyer. I looked completely over the fact that he showed up nearly 45 mins, then after giving him a $3000 retainer, it took him 3 months to even START the process, also he NEVER returned any of my 100 phone calls and eventually blocked me from sending emails, and they send me to voicemail everytime I call...Please don't waste your time.
