Peter Ganyard was excellent. I did something completely stupid at the Airport. I am not from Texas and so I chose Peter in my research. I didn't know Peter but was quite comfortable in my initial chat about my criminal offense. Peter was knowledgeable and to the point. Was quite clear in explaining things and was very professional in all aspects of dealing w me from day 1. He gave me confidences in that my situation wasn't going to be as drastic as I imagined. In court he got the results that he shared in my chats before the court dates. I feel that Peter is a GREAT lawyer and should be considered in any matter that he can handle on your behalf. I am and was extremely happy to have Peter defend me against the charges I had to answer for. The result was perfect. Please call Peter for all the needs that you may have....

After talking to him for 15 minutes he convinced me that he would be a good lawyer for me and pay the 2500 retainer fee. Then he proceeded to tell me that i can not win a case simply because my child is too young and i got discouraged and in the emotional battle i gave up my paternity. Mr Shapiro was on the phone with me for 30 minutes total, went to the movies, but he charged me 2500 dollars for it. He also showed up at the court, but we did not go in front of the judge.

Hired Attorney Mr. Howard Shapiro

Howard made several key mistakes in the handling of my divorce in my opinion. His errors I believe cost me nearly $100,000. He always seems to be preoccupied with something else, and I never felt I got his full attention. His staff, however, is excellent.

Hired Attorney Mr. Howard Shapiro

The process for a fairly straightforward child custody and child support order has dragged on for over six months, with no end in sight. Attorney's responsiveness leads a lot to be desired. We have engaged said attorney as the plaintiff, and executed a Temporary Order, which both parties have signed. Respondent has complied with virtually no terms of the TO, yet Shapiro makes no serious attempts to enforce the order, despite our urging to follow through and bring him to court for contempt.

Hired Attorney Mr. Howard Shapiro

Howard Shapiro: Dishonest billing practices, lack of communication, poor representation. Had to fire him. Make sure you read the entirety of the contract. He will try to pressure you into signing it on the spot using car salesman-like tactics. I recommend avoiding this law firm entirely and going with a more honest and reputable law firm for you family law matters.
