Hired Attorney Mr. James Giries

Working with Mr. Giries was as easy as could be. My case was not the usual custody agreement dispute and he listened and handled my case with care. I cannot thank him enough for the open communication and dedication.

Hired Law Firm

After getting the retainer check, James stopped responding to phone calls (over 8 months, called and left 25+ messages that were never returned). Lied to the court to get 1st court date moved (saying he was sick), then lied in court because he didn't know the right answer. This lie cost us the case, and we spent the next 2 months trying to reach James to discuss next steps. He never returned the calls, and had his assistant tell us there was nothing he could do. Worst lawyer I've ever seen.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
