Suma’s practice focuses on corporate law and governance for nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. Prior to joining Asiatico Law, Suma worked for a number of exempt organizations as a litigation attorney, policy advocate, and most recently as an administrator for a law school. She has helped organizations navigate issues related to operations, employment, fundraising, program development, and a variety of business needs, making her uniquely qualified to counsel our nonprofit, tax-exempt clients.
