Prior to attending law school, Nicholas worked as an engineer for leading semiconductor and memory companies. Nicholas has extensive experience preparing and filing patent applications and prosecuting both U.S. originated applications and foreign originated applications. Additionally, Nicholas regularly files Patent Appeals, Patent Re-issue Applications, and Petitions to be able to best represent inventors before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
