Hired Attorney

Had a case with this attorney through a paralegal, it was a long process but it was finalized. Of course, it was not without many stressful days where we received no communication and were left in the dark. Had to repeatedly send emails begging for an answer to receive 1 liner of respond that didn't really explain much. We waited for our document to be sent in the mail, which never came as promised. Very much disappointed at the level of professionalism. Understandably he is very busy, but an email to provide alternatives would be nice.
