I highly recommend the services of Kevan Benkowitz! He was responsive, professional, personable, patient and very knowledgeable. He doesn't just rush through, he takes the time to explain information thoroughly and multiple times if needed. I would definitely use his services in the future when needed.

Hired Law Firm

When my husband's job sent us overseas in 2015, we realized we needed to get everything in order. Kevan handled our last will & testament, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living will, HIPPAA authorization and guardianship for our daughter. Each of us have a binder with these documents. Even though Kevan has all our documents, my binder is one of the items I grab when a tornado siren goes off! Kevan was very professional and spent a lot time with us discussing our questions and concerns. Even after handling these documents, I have called to get clarification and answers to questions. The prompt communication from his office is also appreciated! My husband and I cannot recommend Kevan's services enough!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
