About Hayley Collins Blair

Hayley Blair is experienced in all facets of family law, offering expertise in complex child custody and financial matters, as well as managing cases involving mental health and addiction issues and special-needs children. A strong advocate of mediation, she believes that it aids clients in reaching an agreement and allows them to remain in control of the process. Hayley is trained in Collaborative Law and uses alternative dispute resolution to settle difficult cases and make divorce less emotionally damaging. She prioritizes reaching a negotiated agreement; however, she is a fierce advocate for clients when court is the only option. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Hayley has been named to Best Lawyers Under 40 by D Magazine in 2018, 2021, and 2022, and the Up and Coming 50: Women Texas Rising Stars List by Thomson Reuters in 2018-2022. Hayley has also been included in The Best Lawyers in America© in the field of family law by Best Lawyers in 2019-2026.
