About Gunnstaks Law Office

Dallas/Fort Worth Lawyers Who Won't Back Down

Our firm is headed by C. "Luke" Gunnstaks, a Dallas area lawyer in practice since 1991. Before that, he was in a popular Texas band, but decided to become a lawyer after a custody battle revealed how hard it is to find an attorney who will properly advocate for clients and their children.

Dedicated staff

Our staff includes experienced paralegals and support staff, all of whom are sensitive to the diverse needs of clients. One is a former client who now works in our firm to uphold the principles of justice for others as we did for her.

Family law and entertainment law practice

Gunnstaks Law Office handles family law and entertainment law. The firm is known for taking and winning cases refused by other lawyers in the region, including those involving paternity, domestic violence and parental terminations. We also handle a wide range of entertainment law cases, reflecting our principal lawyer's background in the music business.

Philosophy

Our firm is dedicated to protecting the legitimate interests of clients and their children. We are deeply involved with our clients and expect the same level of commitment from them. We take cases as far as necessary, and have won landmark decisions before the Texas Supreme Court in matters related to attorney's fees, property division and child support.

Mr. Gunnstaks is a phenomenal attorney who wins against the "largest- most prestigious" firms most every time! His truthfulness, impeccability, dedication to his clients and legal knowledge is superior to most. I highly recommend Mr. Gunnstaks if a person wants a winning (he was voted by his peers as a "Super Lawyer(R)" from 2003-to date) attorney who knows the latest State Laws, is Board Certified in Family Law, is brilliant and above reproach!
