The firm was extremely helpful in explaining about bankruptcy, thorough with paperwork, and filed in timely manner. My husband was in the middle of a liver transplant in another city, and the firm worked with me so that we could both be together during these sessions. My only complaint is that after everything was filed and the Trustee took over the monthly payments, I have trouble getting in contact with them. I deal now with the paralegal in the office with all my questions.
The service was good, but a more thorough explanation of the rules should have been provided at the start.
