Daniel R. Flaherty, founder and managing attorney of Flaherty Law, LLC, is a highly regarded trial lawyer with a proven history of success representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Daniel began his legal career in insurance defense litigation, representing clients in personal injury and property damage cases.
