Hired Attorney

William Creary handled our closing on a house we bought in Pittsford. We are relocating from out of state, so all of he preparation was done remotely. When we showed up for closing in April 2025 everything was ready and in order. The entire process took less than an hour in his office and we thought it was handled professionally and at a very reasonable fee.

Hired Attorney

Creary's office was recently hired by us for selling our house. The whole experience was really bad, and it was the worst part of the entire process. First, he only contacted us once before we decided to hire him, as soon as we hired him, he never returned our calls, nor any emails. Second, he just didn't do his job. He didn't help us urge the buyer to close on time. Also, he cheated us by telling us the fee would be $400 before we hired him, then at the end charged us $450.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
