Hired Attorney

Dennis Egan is a very professional attorney who works hard at his job. His quick work and fast responses allowed the job to go very smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with zoning in Berkshire County.

Dennis has successfully guided through many real estate transactions, both acquisitions and divestitures. Without his talent, my ability to protect my interests is greatly decreased. Dennis is constantly bringing an experienced perspective that attorneys on the other side of the deals don’t seem to bring to the table. In a number of transactions, I see that the other party on my deal uses Dennis for their next deal in many instances. To me, that says a lot.
