His construction practice has involved airports, stadiums, convention centers, schools, bridges, highways, public housing, steel mills, electrical power plants, commercial office buildings, sewage treatment facilities, and prisons.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clifford served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rolf Larsen, Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Duquesne University School of Law teaching construction law.

    Bill Clifford is a current Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer. His current pro bono activities include NLSA PFA cases, Allegheny County Guardian ad Litem program and Operation Safety legal clinic. Clifford also serves in a pro bono capacity as outside general counsel for The Sexual Assault Response Team of Allegheny County ("SARTAC"). He is a director and treasurer of Compassion Connection, a non-profit organization providing counseling, life coaching classes, and compassionate ministries, that is affiliated with the South Hills Assembly of God.
