Stay Away – Unprofessional and Incompetent I had a horrible experience with Wakefield Law Group, P.C. and would strongly advise anyone looking for legal counsel to look elsewhere. From the start, the communication was appalling. The staff and attorneys are incredibly condescending and frequently talked to me in a nasty, disrespectful tone. Instead of feeling supported by my representation, I felt like I was being attacked by my own team. Beyond the attitude problems, their work is sloppy. They made numerous mistakes, missing details and failing to follow through on basic tasks. The most frustrating part? They take absolutely no blame for their errors. Every time a mistake was pointed out, they found a way to deflect or make it seem like it was my fault. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the stress. Stay away from this firm.
Hired Kathryn for a property encroachment matter. After the initial meeting she turn completely unprofessional. Never filed the necessary forms that she had promised. Inadvertently sent me rude text messages about my case that she thought were going to someone else. In one she suggested that she did not file because it would have been a costly process and I wasn't well off enough to afford it. Truly a horrible experience dealing with this woman.
