The firm began in 1908 as Stonecipher & Ralston. In the early years the firm's concentration was in commercial work. Over the next decades, the emphasis shifted to bankruptcy and corporate reorganization, while the firm maintained its substantial commercial and corporate practice. The firm has also expanded to practice in commercial litigation and oil and gas law.

Hired Attorney Ronald Roteman

Mr. Roteman handled the entire, complicated case for my business. He is not only extremely intelligent in law and understands the legal system, but very professional and personal.
