Monica Locke is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, specializing in Family Law. Prior to joining the firm, Monica gained experience in Bankruptcy Law, representing both individual debtors and businesses throughout the Bankruptcy Court process. In addition, she has handled a wide array of litigation cases in Pennsylvania’s state courts.
She received her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law, where she significantly contributed to the Veterans Clinic as a certified legal intern. In this role, she provided legal assistance to veterans on various issues within the Allegheny County Veterans Court. Monica also enhanced her legal acumen working as a law clerk for a personal injury firm during her law school years.
Monica completed her undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She distinguished herself as a committed volunteer through her active participation in THON, a renowned student-run philanthropy organization at Penn State, dedicating her college career to supporting the organization’s mission.
