Meri Mimura Iannetti

Meri Ianetti straight up lied in a report submitted to the court. She stated that a Pressley Ridge therapist did not smell mold in Father’s home. Two days later said therapist appeared in court stating she did and it was later discovered that not only was there BLACK MOLD but another toxic mold that the child was recently determined to be allergic to. She put forth the false narrative that the child is not responsive to albuterol despite recent medical records state that he is. She refused to interview Father’s married girlfriend who was accused of abusing a child who began to stutter shortly thereafter. Because of her negligence the child is still sleeping in bed with Father despite her being made aware that he also did the same thing to his now adult daughter who engaged in cutting, delinquency and was even on the news as missing. She recommended that Mom have supervised visitation but after 6 days of trial Mom walked away with 50/50 everything. Her husband was recently disbarred.
