Hired Attorney George Handelsman

George prepared my mom Will back in 2010. She passed away on Thanksgiving 2016. We asked George what he charged to create an estate for my mother. No price was given. We used a different attorney to create the estate but ran into many roadblocks because the original Will was never notarized. George never provided us with the names of the witnesses on the Will. Later learn he was one of the witnesses. Avoid this guy at all costs. He is incompetent, unethical and a disgrace to the profession.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
