Hired Attorney

I have completed more than seventy mediations as an attorney in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, so I do have some experience. I would strongly recommend Joseph Selep as a mediator. I have, on five occasions, employed him on cases where clients are injured by vehicles or falling. He is punctual and gets to the point. Clients like him, as he is down to earth and professional. He is patient and kind. He listens to everyone’s point of view and he knows all that is needed to know about the law and the value of cases. He sticks to a case until it is settled, if it can be settled. He charges a fair fee and does not milk files. He does not waste time. Overall, I would rate him as “excellent”. Sincerely, James A. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
