Attorney took advantage of my condition following accident having me sign papers in re accident case. Instead of signing a contiguity agreement said attorney had me sign a regular fee agreement i trusted he was guiding me responsibly when he stated that he would only be paid if he received money for me from said accident. When i dropped him and chose another atty due to his lack of results he charged me $4800.00!!!! I do intend to file a complaint with the ABA
