Do not use this lawyer for any bankruptcy matter involving tax issues. He failed to properly represent us in bankruptcy because he simply does not know tax law. We now know this because of our present lawyer. Mr. Short failed to bring issues to the court, acted on our behalf to our detriment, acted on our behalf without authorization. He failed to bring issues to the court that we requested. Took exorbitant fees without authorization. His actions have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars.
