wrongful death which have resulted in substantial verdicts or settlements, including a medical negligence claim on behalf of a baby which was resolved after verdict at trial in a settlement of over $4 million ,
settlements in excess of $3 million for medical negligence involving birth injury
medical negligence in the missed diagnosis of a serious brain injury. Other cases which have been successfully resolved for over $1 million dollars include automobile accident matters, products liablity claims against the manufacturer of a kerosene heater
the manufacturer of mining equipment. Mr. Lang has also successfully litigated a number of civil rights claims, including the sexual abuse of children by employees of state
local agencies,
the deaths of prisoners in custody. In a medical negligence matter, after a successful verdict at trial, a hospital ultimately changed its policies to prevent future negligence of the type for which suit was brought.
