I had a situation where a prior employment non-compete agreement was so extensive that it basically stated that I could no longer work in my industry in any capacity for 2 years. The way the agreement was worded when I signed it was confusing or I would have never signed the form. Lew Gardener was able to get the other party's law firm to step back from pursuing me with a few simple phone calls based on the agreement being so broad that it would have never held up in court. This cleared the way for me to move to my next position. My new position in the same industry did not create a situation where I was competing against the previous employer. I highly recommend this law firm for any employment issue situations.
