I sought the assistance of Attorney Bill Rogel to help me with a long-standing easement dispute with a utility company. When I received the utility's notice that they were once again returning to my property I contacted Attorney Rogel. In the past the utility's personnel and contractors acted in a fashion I can only describe as bullying and intimidating. This was a matter of "David and Goliath" but I was determined to fully enforce my rights. I suggested that the utility communicate with Attorney Rogel. Thereafter the utility contacted me and asked my permission to enter my property to explain what they wanted to do and hear my concerns. Supervisors from the utility and the contractor met with me. Their bullying tactics disappeared. They acted like gentlemen this time. We agreed upon a reasonable resolution without having to go to court. I don't know what "magic" Attorney Rogel employed, but it worked for now, saving me considerable expense. Thank you, Bill.
I had the good fortune of hiring Jaclyn DiPaola to recover a $7,000 deposit that did not services as promised to my firm. She recovered the full amount. She was professional as to the law as the proper sets that we needed to follow, knowledgeable as to the process that we needed to follow. Amazing! The last thing I ever wanted to do was contact an attorney - have a bad image of them. That all changed after the not at fault accident with 5 kids in the car.
