About Brian E. McKinley

Brian E. McKinley graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000 and has been an attorney with Wilder Mahood McKinley & Oglesby since 2001. While attending law school, Mr. McKinley received the Family Law Award presented to the student achieving the highest grade in the Family Law course.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. McKinley attended Kent State University where he majored in Finance and graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree. Mr. McKinley is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, and a former member of the Pittsburgh Matrimonial American Inn of Court. He is a recent graduate of the Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute at the University of Houston School of Law.

He serves on the Council and the Rules Committee of the Family Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Brian has been and continues to be incredible at handling everything we have gone through so far!! When our legal process began, I was so worried and stressed, but he has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand every step and he doesn’t stop until everything works in our favor! I would highly recommend Brian Mckinley. The communication was excellent, the information / legal advice Brian provided was always accurate, It was very important to me that my attorney actually cared about what I wanted to accomplish, and understood that not all clients are the same. Resolving my case quickly, without undue stress or complication was very important to me. Brian was able to achieve this, while also finding a way to settle the case amicably.
