Going through a heated divorce. Rick has been nothing but amazing every step of the way. I read a negative review on here about the client having to do all the work and that Rick signed whatever the opposing attorney wanted.....that's extremely untrue. Rick is amazing and fights hard for his clients. Part of the divorce process is discovery....where the client does in fact have to do some legwork. But...no attorney can do that for us. I absolutely adore him and his office staff. He's the absolute best and has made it to where I'm free from everything I've endured for years. My children and I can't thank him enough.
Dude sat there with his head in his hands the entire time while the judge was talking like he was falling asleep. I showed up to court better dressed than him. The attorney he was going up against ran circles around him, I had no chance of winning. He came recommended from a friend who can't afford much and maybe this joker was a good for them, but I did not win my case and I would never recommend "Rick"
Had to be my own work in a divorce case. Rick Signed anything that the other lawyer sent over. Did not take notes at court and was going to sign off on the parenting plan without even looking at it. Did not fight for anything. Spent over $10,000 before I realized he was doing nothing. DO NOT US HIM FOR DIVORCE CASES. Worst lawyer ever. I had to hire a new lawyer and within a month got 50/50 custody and no child support.
