Laura is not a good trial lawyer. The complaint was not properly filled out for starters and the judge struck majority of the issues in the complaint. She also left our file in her office and was not prepared for trial (she thought the case would be continued). The defendant's attorney danced circles around her and we lost the case. She does not listen to what you say and because of that she misses key points that are important to your case. On top of that, we were charged a fortune, 3 times the normal amount. Do not hire this attorney.
I hired Laura Kiker to represent me in filing a 50c complaint. Laura didn't include everything that happened in the complaint.Laura does not listen to the client. Laura spent untold hours reviewing a past lawsuit with the same party that was inadmissible in court. The judge only wanted to hear what was in the complaint that she filed. Laura didn't included everything in the complaint that happened. She charged me three times what a 50c case should cost. One thing that she is very good at is billing you for issues that have no relevance to your case. In the court room she lost focus on the order of events and was all over the place. Read the other review and take their advice Run as fast as you can from her. She was a former beauty queen if tells you anything.
laura does not gather all evidence, laura will lose your case run if she represents you, not a good lawyer in litigations, doesn't know how to put fire in your case, you will lose, Laura stick to the beauty pageants there your not surpise or shock that you win, as you said in your interview
