Worset law firm bunch low life will garnish your check for a third party corporation that buy the death and try charg double need be disbarred she runs a scam with rmc of America both companies are low life money hungry people need be shut down and out of business

They have garnished my wages since 2017. Every time I call I'm told a different amount that is still owed. I've given up trying to communicate with them. I've contacted the AG and BBB as well as a lawyer. I've documented every phone call. This has been really tough on me and my family.

Gotta love the firm that garnishes a divorced single parent at the beginning of the holiday season. Had I had a chance to defend myself you would have known I inherited my ex-husband expenses. A payment plan would have been kind this time of the year.

Here what I DNT get u can take a person to court and have their hard earned money garshes but u can't inform someone so they can deffend their selfs plus this was 10 yrs ago I looked it up and it says state of arkansas medical bills r 5 yrs

They lie,..paid entire amount owed on 3/3/2013 and was assured garnishment had NOT been sent to employer, garnishment went thru on 3/29/2013, now I am struggling to get my money returned to me. They are low life.
