Hired Attorney

Joe took tens of thousands of dollars of my mother’s money, and rested my case before presenting all of the case. He let the other side present clearly and demonstrably fraudulent evidence and testimony, without pointing it out. He failed to properly prepare for appeal, which meant none of my bases of appeal could be heard. Worst attorney ever. Threw me under the bus, lost 26 acres of my land, and took my money.
