While working in the federal government, Mr. Feldman oversaw a labor relations team of more than thirty attorneys and professionals, where he led the development and execution of high-level labor relations strategy and national initiatives. He played a key role in coordinating and implementing term and mid-term collective bargaining negotiations and supervises the resolution of complex, national-level grievances and unfair labor practice charges. His leadership ensures that his clients receive thoughtful guidance and effective advocacy in even the most challenging matters.
Prior to his federal service, Mr. Feldman was a senior associate at a labor and employment law firm, where he represented clients before federal courts and administrative agencies including the EEOC, MSPB, FLRA, and OFO. As lead counsel, he handled all phases of litigation, including jury trials, hearings, arbitrations, depositions, and appellate advocacy. He has successfully resolved numerous matters through both litigation and strategic settlement, and he brings extensive experience in advising clients on complex employment issues.
