Wendy recognized a need for a family law office in Northern Baltimore County and desired to be more accessible to her family. Wendy prides herself in her ability to help guide clients through one of the most difficult situations they may ever have to experience. She is compassionate, yet results-oriented. Wendy concentrates on the specific goals of each client’s case along with a special focus on their life after divorce. She understands that the practice of law, and methods of resolution, are not a “one size fits all” solution. Wendy focuses on helping clients evaluate all aspects of their case, determines the optimal options for resolution and makes recommendations for the best approach for their divorce, custody, or support matters.

In addition to being an experienced litigator, she is also a skilled mediator and a Certified Collaborative Law Attorney. Wendy frequently serves as a Court Appointed Best Interest Attorney where she has represented children from as young as 8 months to 16 years of age.

Raised in Maryland, Wendy graduated from Atholton High School (1998). She earned her B.A. in English at Franklin & Marshall College (2002, cum laude). While attending F&M, she served as Student Body President and Secretary of Chi Omega, helped run the freshman orientation program, and ran for two years on the college’s cross country team. Wendy concluded her studies at the Washington College of Law, American University in Washington, D.C. (2005, cum laude). At American, Wendy served as the Managing Editor of the American University Law Review and had the pleasure of teaching high school students through the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. In her law career, Wendy served for over ten years on the Young Lawyers Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, was Chair of the Baltimore County Young Lawyers Committee and Membership Committee, and also served several years on the MSBA’s Local and Specialty Bar Committee. In recent years, Wendy partnered the students and faculty at F&M with the One Love Foundation, to help raise awareness of relationship violence at her alma mater.

In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, providing online coaching to promote health and wellness, working out, cooking, and having leisurely dinners with family and friends.
