Wroblewski & Associates

I filed for Chapter 13 well over 2 years ago and never once talked to the same person twice. I've needed to contact them again in regards to my case and nobody ever returns my calls. Even when I walked into their office to talk to someone face to face, they were very disrespectful and still didn't answer my questions properly. Even after filing a complaint with the State Bar Association was I contacted by someone who claimed to be calling on behalf of the firm, but has no association with them.

My BK case was sold to Wroblewski. I no longer need it and would like a refund of the monies left. I have tried calling. Months ago I spoke with a desk person several different times explaining what I needed. I never receive any kind of communication back. I even tried mailing a registered letter to the effect and it just disappeared. I have tried several phone numbers again for them and all are other business's now. Phillps attorney gave me a number, (which I have tried 5 times, it rings twice

I have been so displeased with their service. We had 4 attorney changes within 1 year and no communication on the changes. I think it's very unprofessional and for the kind of money that they charge I feel cheated by the service we have been receiving.

This company along with Phillips and Associates whom gave my account to them with no signed approval are horrible. Took hundreds of peoples money promising financial freedom through BK and great law practice and in turn left hundreds my self in cluded out in the cold, no refund and filed BK on his own practice while knowingly taking in more money. My credit is screwed and i am out a total of 5
$5200 for a chapter 13 and a chapter 7 refile that was never filed. Rot you scum.

They are impossible to contact. Currently, I can find no working phone numbers. Everything is disconnected.

Locks changed at there office on 11/19/2013. Contacting news media and also doing complaint with A State Bar!

I paid for my services in full and nothing was filed. I've called and no one answers the phone or call back. I've left numerous messages! Need to get my money back and go elsewhere. It's been over a year.

Value and service is lacking, you would be better off using another firm. They have hidden charges that can not be associated with any real work. You will in the end use another professional to complete the work, so save yourself the time.
