Hired Attorney Mr Michael Denious

Michael is probably the best Real Estate contract lawyer in Arizona. He is very knowledgeable and insightful. As long as your not my adversary I would recommend him highly!

Hired Attorney Thomas Stoops

Retaining Thos. A. Stoops to prosecute a suit against a bogus adverse-possession claimant was one of the great mistakes of my life. Stoops is a chronic liar: he lied to the mediator, lied to the Court, and lied to his clients unrelentingly. He ignored his clients' repeated directions, failed to respond to adverse pleadings appropriately, sent clients on fools' errands, failed to keep clients informed about the proceedings, exceeded authority, and divulged client confidences, claiming at one point that adverse counsel was co-counsel and consulting with him as such. By his many months of concealing from the Court that a settlement agreement had expired by its own terms, all while leading his clients to believe follow-up negotiations were in process, he encouraged a corrupt, biased, and/or obtuse judge to confiscate property unjustly for what Stoops had been told many times was unacceptable consideration. In our case, Stoops proved himself a despicable fraudster and scoundrel.

Hired Law Firm

Retaining Thos. A. Stoops to prosecute a suit against a bogus adverse-possession claimant was one of the great mistakes of my life. Stoops is arrogant, insulting, and a chronic liar: he lied to his clients relentlessly, lied to the mediator, lied to the court, ignored repeated client directions, failed to respond to adverse pleadings appropriately, sent his clients on fools' errands, failed to keep his clients informed about the proceedings, exceeded authority, divulged client confidences, and even consulted with adverse counsel while telling his clients this was co-counsel. By his untruths, and apparently working with adverse counsel, Stoops deliberately sought to see our property unjustly taken for what he had been told many times was unacceptable consideration. Whether his partners are equally discreditable I do not know, but the firm's head made himself known to us as a fraudster and scoundrel. Avoiding the firm altogether is wholeheartedly recommended.
