Ms. Lake is being examined by the State Bar per my request. In an initial hearing I realized (in my opinion)that she was a real problem. Luckily I had a 2nd hearing. She requested this before my 1st hearing but hadn't told me of it. I terminated her and finished the case to a positive outcome. I made many amendments to the case including req. for 18 months more back pay then she had asked for, I was lucky to be rid of her. It was denied that she be paid but she still fights for $. CAUTION
