Our firm, Slepian Ellexson, PLLC, was founded in 1978 by attorney Steven D. Slepian, a former administrative law judge with the Social Security Administration. For more than 40 years, we have been exclusively dedicated to helping clients resolve their Social Security claims.

As a local firm, we are able to provide clients in Arizona with a level of personal attention and guidance that national firms cannot offer. We also make sure our clients are represented by attorneys — not nonlawyer claims representatives — at all Social Security proceedings.

I was handling my case on my own for over 2 years and was denied the first 2 phases. I then did research of firms and had it narrowed down to 2 and what made me finally decide which to pick for a face to face appointment was the professionalism, knowledge and sincerity of all whom I spoke with during those calls with info as well as taking the time to answer any questions I had. After meeting, my case was accepted, and it was very nice that I actually met with the attorney that day. From that point on, the amount of stress dealing with all that was involved was gone, and what a relief it was! My case was won within 6 months and I was always kept in touch with any updates and they really coached me well on helping me get letters from doctors when possible, and anything else which was helpful.
