Very knowledgeable in the area of trusts. On a personal level, easy to deal with, but sometimes not as familiar with our situation as I'd expect him to be...probably not unusual, given we see him only once every 18-24 months, when we need to update our trust documents. And the fees charged seem high to us.
Personable, casual, knowledgeable. Our latest appointment was to make a simple update to our trust to reflect a recent change in state law that the law firm recommended we make. We thought it could/should have been accomplished in one visit, but we have to go for a second appointment (at a closer, satellite office) to sign the updated documents. And it cost us $450 which we thought was high.
