The most thorough and genuine attorney I've ever worked with. His knowledge of securities law and rule 144 is impressive and reliable. You will know within minutes of speaking with him that he is the right choice. In the event your challenge falls outside his niche of expertise he'll refer you to the best within that category. Either way he is one very valuable contact.

Hired Attorney Ronald James Logan

I would not recommend the firm. They charged much more than they advertised. I now realise this was simply a very low figure to entice the clients into signing an agreement, the asking fee afterwards is much more than advertised. Very unprofessional as well, sent my confidential documents without asking me first to a third party. There are better Law Firms around. Shop around before hiring Logan Law Firm.
