Rick has been fighting for his clients for more than 30 years in Municipal, State and Federal Courts, and has served as a Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County. His extensive knowledge of the Arizona legal system - as well as the insurance industry - has resulted in million dollar settlements. As a former managing partner of one of the Valley's specialty personal injury law firms, Rick has built a thriving practice based on his reputation and referrals from other attorneys, doctors and past clients.

Rick has litigated and settled a wide variety of cases for his clients - including auto and trucking accidents, wrongful deaths, injuries to children, elder abuse, dog attacks, and faulty or unsafe products. Richard is the best attorney I've ever had. I consider him a 'Renaissance Attorney' because he'll work very hard on your case, and do all that is necessary for a maximum outcome. Demands, Mediation, Court Pleadings, Discovery, Trial, and even Appeals. A seriously injured victim couldn't ask for a better lawyer by their side.

I have had experiences not using any lawyer, using a bad lawyer (they are not created equal!), and then there’s Rick. I am a teacher in a prison…so, I don’t trust easily. Rick was professional but also trustworthy. In addition, he always responded quickly to my questions (which was very important to me). I felt (and feel) a huge relief having had Rick as my lawyer after a serious car accident.
