Hired Attorney Mr. Rand Macdonald

Rand MacDonald supported me in a bankruptcy when I was much younger. Now I am fighting on the Bankruptcy courts in SDNY for an old employer of Sears Holding or Kmart. The issue is very strange since I worked in US Treasury wire department at Wells Fargo also as software developer in IBM and other systems, I also assisted in MTS software at ACI Worldwide and am unable to resolve issues in Foreign currency and any pegs to USD. Rand is a currency of South Africa as ZAR used in field tags 32A and 33 for Swiftnet. I was on Swift projects in US treasury and they are going through new changes on ISO 20022. I need cooperation by all offices in government including legistlature. No one can handle this issue including testing a SDN_Advanced.xml list of terrorist names, and fight the evasion of terroism with OFAC. No one can handle the pressure of former systems analyst position as an analyst of broken systems involving breaches Cobol or IBM mainframe vs. Microfocus. If Rand could reply, thanks.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
