About Rafael Shpelfogel

Rafael Shpelfogel is the R.S. in RS Law Offices. He is a respected, skilled, and seasoned trial attorney who has handled complex personal injury cases and achieved results.

He is licensed to practice personal injury law in California and Arizona, New York, and New Jersey. Rafael is a graduate of the Rutgers University School of Business in 2002 and went on to graduate from Brooklyn Law School in 2005. While attending law school, Rafael gained insight into the work of a trial attorney while interning in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Rafael entered private practice. In 2008, he decided to relocate from New York to California and opened his own legal practice, which was the progenitor to RS Law Offices. Rafael’s distinguished career includes membership to the Federal District Court as well as the California and Arizona, New York and New Jersey State Bar. He is also fluent in Russian.
