Paige C. Pataky is an attorney focusing on labor and employment law as well as employment litigation. Originally from Ohio, she represents both private and public sector employees, as well as employers and labor associations.
In addition to her legal practice, Paige is actively involved in the community. She holds leadership positions in organizations such as Phoenix Suns Charities 88, where she serves on the Alumni Committee, and Vitalant's Community Leadership Council, where she holds the position of Vice Chair/Chair-Elect. Paige has also volunteered with the Fiesta Bowl.

Paige also handles wage disputes, including wage-and-hour and overtime requirements, wrongful termination claims, defamation, invasion of privacy, sexual harassment, hostile work environment issues, employee benefits, and employer policies and manuals.
During her legal career, Paige Pataky has served as a law clerk for notable judicial entities, including the Arizona Supreme Court under Hon. Andrew W. Gould and the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, under Hon. Patricia A. Orozco.
She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association. Paige also participated in the Ladder Down program and was a member of the Class of 2016.
