I've known Mark Pyper for 30 years and have not only hired him as our attorney, but also witnessed his expert work on high profile cases dating back to the Resolution Trust Corporation years in the early 1990's. Mark faithfully and expertly helped our family with our bankruptcy and worked with our remaining creditors to protect our interests and integrity.
Mark is a helpful and friendly attorney that helped me and my family through our bankruptcy. Before hiring him, he was willing to field our questions about the process and helped us determine if bankruptcy was the right choice for us. I would definitely recommend him to anybody facing bankruptcy.
We mainly dealt with Laura who is Mr. Pyper's
paralegal. She was very helpful and basically held our hands ever step of the way. When we did meet with our attorney, he walked us through the entire procedure before we went inside to the hearing. His "pregame" setup was right on. We went to the hearing and it went just like he said. Easy peezy!
Thank you Mark Pyper - I hope we will not need you again!
Provided incomplete information. Failed to appear for scheduled court appointment. Charged for services not performed. Declined to continue representation on very short notice, just prior to a scheduled court date. Erroneously used another client's information while representing me to the court. Frequently procrastinated waiting until the last minute to perform necessary tasks.
Very poor communications and had trouble getting in touch with him. He didn't discuss anything before the bankruptcy meeting.
