Maria made a lot of promises she didn't follow through with. She sounded firm until the date we met with my ex and his attorney. Then she agreed to everything they said with no regard to me or my interests. She left out important issues. I was so upset I couldn't even talk and ended up being walked all over. Avoid her if you want to be protected. I would never recommend her to anyone.
I was greatly overcharged for services. I was sued by Maria Lawrence for the remainder of my fees while going through a bankruptcy and trying to support my three daughters. Maria didn't care, all that was important to her was garnishment of my teaching checks to pay her salary. My experiences with her were disastrous.
