He enables you to use good judgment in making difficult decisions during the process as well...reviewing the pros and cons of decisions that need to be made. When its time for aggressive action he is confident and moves forward in the best interests of the client he serves. He has made a monumental difference in the results I had with my bankrupcy. A good man, friend
The best !! I had filed for Bankruptcy years prior and my Attorney assured me that I could not file for Chapter 7 and get rid of my I.R.S. debt. Larry reviewed my case and was totally confident that we could file Chapter 7 and discharge all of, not only my I.R.S. debt but all debt that i had to date. It seems that Larry's 30 years of handling Bankruptcy paid off for me, because yes, it all happened exactly as Larry said and for the first time in years I am out from under the thumb of the I.R.S.
I met Mr. Hirsch when I was going through a very devastating part of my life. Mr. Hirsch brought me out of that funk, made me feel good about myself and became probably the person I trust the most in this world. AS AN ATTORNEY, he is second to none. Everything got done in a very comlpicated case but never, did I have to feel personal angst or stress. He carried the ball for us and the experience was as good as I could have expected. He is a wonderful man!
My wife and I were caught in the recent AZ real estate meltdown. Our investment RE portfolio had a book value of more than $10 million, but its market value had fallen 50%. {para}We were successful professionals, but the debt service had become untenable and we thought we'd have to endure the meltdown of a Chapter 7. Larry is a brilliant atty who showed us we could do a Personal Ch. 11, which allowed us to save key assets and rebuild our lives with dignity. Plus he saved us millions. Thanks Larry!
Works with a personal touch.
He charged me over $3,000.00 and didn't file the required paperwork to my auto loan holder so that I could re-affirm my car. I paid on both of my vehicles for over a year and went to purchase a new car only to find out that both vehicles were on my credit report. When I called the lien holder they said that they never received documents from my attorney to reaffirm.
