Hiring Lance Broberg is the worst decision I’ve ever made. He missed 7 deadlines in my litigation scheduling order and did no meaningful legal work for nearly $40,000 billed. He did not complete a deposition, despite numerous requests over a 6-7 month engagement. He only sent the first set of interrogatories one month after my discovery deadline expiration. He amended the scheduling order to extend, but didn’t communicate this. 10 days prior to the deadline extension, he ran from the case, running out any remaining time to perform discovery. Meanwhile, the associate he had completing the work had an out of office reply stating he was out of the country and returning on our deadline. He left our case in a horrible position. He would not respond to my fee disputes. My experience left me feeling like I had been robbed my time, money, and left me way worse than when I hired him. He used threatening and manipulation tactics - he’s extremely disrespectful. Call another firm.
