Kyle Packer fell short of my expectations in several key areas. While initially seeming amiable, his performance as a legal representative was sorely lacking. Communication initiated by him was sparse and mostly when billing was involved. He did not promptly respond to inquiries or keep me informed of case developments. He lacked the adequate knowledge, skill, experience, or preparation in the court room. Taking valuable time trying to think of questions to ask the opposition. Critical court dates were sometimes not communicated in a timely manner. Resulting in an embarrassing situation such as me showing up unprepared for a video hearing. Additionally, there was a failure to inform me about a temporary visitation order, causing me to miss out on visitation rights. These instances of negligence greatly impacted my trust and confidence in his ability to represent me effectively. He did a terrible job at representing me.
