Kaylee McMains is an associate attorney who brings diligence, academic excellence, and a client-focused approach to Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter, PLLC. Raised in Phoenix, Kaylee earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Writing, Rhetoric, and Literacies, and cum laude with her Juris Doctor in 2024. Her undergraduate achievements include presenting original research at the 2019 Association of Rhetoric & Writing Studies Conference and completing an honors thesis prior to early graduation. During law school, Kaylee gained valuable experience through an internship with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and as a law clerk at DBFWC, where she worked directly in probate, trust administration, and estate planning. Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2024, Kaylee distinguished herself by achieving the third-highest score statewide on the February Bar Examination. She is dedicated to guiding clients through the estate planning process, ensuring their intentions are clearly reflected and fully understood. Kaylee is also an active member of WealthCounsel.
