Hired Attorney

Josh is an extremely experienced attorney with a background in family law, insurance litigation and personal injury. He handled my personal injury case and kept the insurance companies we were battling honest. He is an expert litigator that many other lawyers send their clients to, especially for tougher cases. He is a great attorney that truly listens to his clients, clearly explaining the law and his legal strategy at every step of the litigation process. I was impressed with his ability to mitigate my legal challenge and was very happy with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend Josh Valdez.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
